Police officers from the Saguenay Police Service (SPS) arrested two motorists who were driving impaired on Sunday.
The SPS received three calls of denunciation, around 9 p.m., in the borough of Chicoutimi, for a 23-year-old man who was driving with three times the legal blood alcohol limit.
The driving of another motorist was also reported, this time, in the La Baie sector, around 11 p.m. The 44-year-old blew more than twice the legal limit.
In both cases, their driver’s licenses were suspended and their vehicles were seized. Both drivers were arrested and released on a promise to appear in court.
