The worst sellers are in Paris. And we can prove it to you!

Did you miss Space Game and the adventures of the worst video game salesmen? No problem, you have the summer to catch up! Arnaud, Lenny and Stéphanie handle all the concepts except… that of sales! A humorous series to watch again on the site france.tv/idf

Is “Assassin’s Creed” too violent for children? Is Super Mario sexist? Is it possible to find a game that takes animal welfare into account? This is the kind of debate in which the characters of this series (all geeks who have become adults as best they can) participate with passion.

The boss of the store is Arnaud, aged 42. A fundamentally nice “good guy”, not really cut out for a career as a manager, but who tries anyway.

At his side is Lenny, thirty years old and with an opinion on everything, which he doesn’t hesitate to give without beating around the bush. He also develops very particular theories on how to run a shop, and his boss is the first to have to hear them.

And then there’s Stephanie, the store’s hardcore gamer. Specializing in fighting games, she’s already won numerous e-sports awards. Her competitive attitude to playing video games makes her a difficult salesperson for customers who are often just looking to relax.

All three have no trouble finding reasons to argue about perfectly ridiculous subjects throughout the 10 episodes that make up the first season of the series, but when the customers arrive, the cocktail becomes even more explosive.

“Video games have become the best-selling cultural object in France,” recalls Frédérick Sigrist, author of the series, “the situations and questions asked in each episode should speak as much to teenagers as to parents.”

With Space Game, the comedian continues to plough the furrow of Pop Culture that made the success of his show “Blockbuster” on France Inter, or that of his one-man show “Super Heroes”. This time, he makes it a fiction carried by his fine writing, his sense of absurd dialogues and a great casting. So funny and well seen that the series will consist of 5 seasons…
