The participation rate amounts to 74.36% in the department, compared to 53.05% in 2022. As a reminder, during the European elections of June 9, the participation rate amounted to 59.00%, compared to 57.12 % in 2019.

In Saint-Brieuc, in the 1st constituency of Côtes-d’Armor, Marion Gorgiard (New Popular Front) comes first with 39.79% of the votes cast in front of Mickaël Cosson (MoDem), outgoing deputy, with 28.10%.
