Yannick Jadot wants a motion of censure carried by the left

“I do not want to be permanently the instrument of the RN and its tactics,” Yannick Jadot declared this Friday about a potential motion of censure from the government.

Yannick Jadot was a guest on Télématin this Friday, November 22. Senator Les Écologues has expressed his desire to censor the government of Michel Barnier. However, the parties of the left alliance, the New Popular Front (NFP), are not expected to support the motion of censure if it is carried by the National Rally.

“Do you realize what is happening? The rich continue to get richer and the poor continue to get poorer in our country. Rather than taking 20 billion from the 500 fortunes, we are going to eliminate aid for crèches, the recruitment of municipal police, investments in our schools,” lamented Les Écologues senator, Yannick Jadot.

“It is the social fabric that allows society to hold together that is being torn away by this government, so yes, we must censor it,” he added.

However, for the senator, it is out of the question to participate in the vote on a text of censorship carried by the National Rally. “The RN will make its vote but I do not want to be permanently the instrument of the RN and its tactics,” insisted Yannick Jadot, who refuses an alliance, even minimal, with the far-right party.
