Sébastien Lieutaud was appointed President of UNIS Marseille -Provence-Corse by the Board of Directors of this organization chaired, since September 2021, by Nicolas Rastit.

UNIS from father to son

Son of Jean-Luc Lieutaud, President of UNIS Pôle PACA from 2019 to 2024, Sébastien Lieutaud has also been Director of SL IMMOBILIER since 2017, the date of its creation. Today he finds himself at the head of the first organization of real estate professionals which brings together, in the Marseille-Provence-Corsica region, around a hundred members, managing nearly 70% of the co-ownership lots in the Marseille city.

“UNIS Marseille-Provence-Corsica represents much more than a professional association. We are the face of excellence and integrity in the real estate field and have a mission that goes far beyond the simple exercise of our professions. It consists of guaranteeing high standards of professionalism, ethics and service to our clients and our community.specifies Sébastien Lieutaud.

The vision of Sébastien Lieutand

Committed to continuing and strengthening this tradition of excellence in continuity with the objectives initiated by Nicolas Rastit, Sébastien Lieutaud aims to raise UNIS MPC to “new heights of success and influence”.

Its vision is based on three major axes: promoting professional development within members to stay at the forefront of the knowledge and skills necessary to meet the complex needs of the modern real estate industry; strengthen links with partners and stakeholders, whether local authorities, financial institutions or professional associations; and vigorously defend the interests of UNIS members and their clients to promote a healthy and dynamic real estate market.

As a reminder, UNIS brings together all professions in the real estate sector (real estate agents, independent agents, rental managers, property managers, experts, developers-renovators). Its mission is to train, inform and support members who are increasingly faced with daily challenges in terms of legislative developments and economic changes.

A force for proposals and reflection, this union challenges public authorities and sits within the main bodies including the CNTGI (National Council for Transactions and Real Estate Management). Locally, UNIS is part of the Provence Real Estate Observatory (OIP), ADIL 13 and, more recently, Alliance 13.
