Diego Silva Correia has been missing for a week, Friday June 21 in Grasse. A police investigation has been opened into this worrying disappearance.

Last Friday, Diogo left the city to go to Marseille for a meeting according to his friends. Since then, he has still not been found, according to Nice-Matin.

His last appearance

His last appearance was a video that he posted himself on social networks, where he was sitting on a train seat with an inscription “Marseille 13,000”. Since then, there has been no news from this 18-year-old.

My brother would never have left for several days like that, without sending us a message, especially for my mother. Friday evening, he asked my mother for ten euros to go out to eat in Cannes. He left with his backpack, his phone, and his ventolin because he’s asthmatic, that’s all” says his older sister.

“We fear an ambush…”

For their part, his friends explain that he left for Marseille for a mysterious meeting, where he was to pick up a car. “If he really went to Marseille, that doesn’t reassure us at all. We even fear an ambush…” accuses his sister. Diogo is already known to the justice system for some minor misdeeds in the past.

All of this young man’s calls go to voicemail. His family went to the Grasse police station on Monday morning. An investigation into the worrying disappearance is underway, and no hypothesis has been ruled out at this time.
