– More night closures on the A1
The highway will be closed to traffic between Yverdon and Estavayer one evening next week and another at the end of July.

The Federal Roads Office is continuing the maintenance and sanitation of the tunnels located on the A1 between Yverdon-les-Bains and Estavayer-le-Lac. The planned work on the equipment of these structures involves two nights of closure (from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.) to traffic in July.
In the direction of Lausanne, it will no longer be possible to drive between the Estavayer and Yverdon-Sud junctions on the nights of 1 to 2 July and 30 to 31 July. On the same dates, traffic heading towards Bern will also not drive on the expressway between the Yverdon interchange and the Estavayer junction.
In both directions, a diversion will be put in place, via the secondary network. Please note that this work may be postponed in the event of bad weather.
