July 14: fireworks at the Palace of Versailles, National Day 2024 at the Grandes Eaux Nocturnes

The Château de Versailles invites us to celebrate the National Day again this year while enjoying the Grandes Eaux Nocturnes with an exceptional date planned for July 14, 2024. On the program, a poetic stroll in the historic gardens with a sublime fireworks display to boot!

In Francewe celebrate the National Day July 14. Every year, this festive day is marked by traditional events including the military parade that runs along the Avenue des Champs Elysées and the fireworks which are hatching all over the country, including near the Eiffel Tower in Paris. The home of the Sun King invites us to take exceptional advantage of the Nocturnal Fountains Shows on the evening of the National Day. This is a stroll of approximately 2.5 hours in the fabulous gardens designed by André Le Nôtre. During these evenings which usually take place on Saturday, we admire the fountains flooded and illuminated for the occasion to the rhythm of a baroque music which takes us through the centuries. Under the cover of a summer evening, it’s another face of Castle of Versailles which reveals itself to us.

When the evening comes to an end, it is time to head to the Great Perspective of the Park. From there you will have to find your spot to admire the fabulous fireworks which closes thes Great Night Waters. An show pyrotechnic signed Group F which comes to put the end to this National Day 2024.
