In the Cargoport area, airport logistics platform at Lyon-Saint-Exupéry airport located in the commune of Colombier-Saugnieu, Panattone will launch its first project in the region at the end of the year. The developer of logistics and industrial real estate has just announced the signing of a promise of authorization for temporary occupation of the public domain with the concessionary company Lyon Airports.
On a plot of 2.4 hectares, the future messaging of 7,300 m2designed by Les Ateliers 4+, will offer a beam height of 8 meters, a yard for semi-trailers and a yard for urban utility vehicles. The building, equipped with solar panels on the roof for carbon-free electricity production, will aim for Breeam Excellent certification.

The operation, which should be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2025, will be launched in blank. With direct access to the A43 and A432 motorways and all of the airport’s public transport, this program should quickly attract users.
