Loire-Atlantique: €450,000 to renovate the business

The project costed a little more than 450 000 € HT for the community, which was able to benefit from a subsidy of €94,351 from the State under the Rural Territories Equipment Grant (DETR), as well as €50,000 from the Pays de la Loire Regionrepresented by Claire Théveniau, and €80,152 from the Departmentrepresented by councilors Bernard Lebeau and Laurence Le Bihan.

” The commune de Vay is therefore responsible for a little more than half of the investment, while increasing the rent from €323 to €800, but everyone benefits from it,” estimates Marie-Chantal Gautier.

An expanded service offering

First concerned by this achievement, the manager Bastien Gaufriaud which, after a few months of temporary installation in the premises of the old school restaurant, found a bright, spacious and functional store.
