The City of Champagnole has just installed a “Affichage legal.fr” touchscreen terminal at 28, rue Baronne Delort in Champagnole, between the Maison du Tourisme and the France Services house, behind the Château d'Eau.
“Since July 1, 2022, all municipalities with more than 3,500 inhabitants must offer mandatory legal digital display,” explains the first deputy, David Dussouillez. The installation of terminals, screens or tactile totems, especially outdoors, allows 24/7 consultation of documents covered by the law on legal posting. These tools ensure the continuity of public service.
Citizens can obtain information and consult urban planning authorizations (building permits, etc.), municipal council reports, cadastral documentation, civil status (publication of marriage bans, funeral notices, etc.), municipal and prefectural decrees (traffic regulations, parking, etc.), communication of all city information (activities, culture, events) in a dynamic and interactive way.
