Industrial park no. 2 in Saint-Raymond welcomes two new businesses with the establishment of the industrial rental condo building of Investissement Stratégique Giguère and VH Fabrication, which is its first tenant.
It was in the company of members of the Saint-Raymond Development Corporation and the City that the owners presented their business on June 11 and carried out the official inauguration.
VH Fabrication
After its creation four years ago, VH Fabrication moved from its owners’ garage, where they manufactured fireplaces, to a more suitable space and much more ambitious projects. Jonathan Harrisson and Guillaume Verret, respectively president and vice-president of VH Fabrication, presented their new 8,640 square foot factory, which integrates specialized equipment representing an investment of $1.2 million alone. “This expansion marks an important milestone in our growth and commitment to innovation and quality. Thanks to this investment, we were able to create five new jobs, strengthening our dedicated and qualified team. Looking to the future, we are excited to collaborate with our clients on many promising projects. Demand for our services is growing rapidly and we plan to continue expanding our team in the near future to meet this growth,” they hinted.
VH Fabrication offers laser cutting services on steel, aluminum and stainless steel, as well as bending and welding, in addition to router cutting on plastic, aluminum and wood. “We are proud of our service, our quality and our speed,” emphasize the two entrepreneurs. These services serve various markets, including the manufacturing industry, the forestry sector and the agricultural sector. The goal is to provide high precision and superior quality solutions to meet the specific needs of each industry.

Giguère Strategic Investment
Furthermore, Christian and Jean-Philippe Giguère, co-shareholders of Investissement Stratégique Giguère were also present to inaugurate their new industrial rental condo building, which welcomes VH Fabrication as its first tenant. Located on rue de l’Artillerie, the building with a total area of 17,400 square feet, including mezzanine, represents an investment of $2.4 million. “We are very satisfied with this first investment in industrial park no. 2 in Saint-Raymond, which has been developing very dynamically for several years. Also very happy to be able to support in our own way the development of a promising young company like VH Fabrication,” underlined Christian Giguère.
The additional available space of 8,700 square feet will accommodate one or two other businesses depending on needs. “Both at the residential and industrial levels, over the next ten years, Saint-Raymond will grow and it has the space to do so. There is also the will to do it. All these indicators mean that yes, it is an interesting center,” explains Mr. Giguère who wishes to develop other similar structures.
The mayor of Saint-Raymond, Claude Duplain, praised the dynamism of what he describes as the new generation. “My congratulations to these businessmen who chose Saint-Raymond to invest and offer their expertise. I am happy to welcome experienced entrepreneurs like you,” he said.
