After a first visit to the DNCG on June 12, Le Havre was asked to provide additional documents to reassure the financial situation and not be sanctioned by the French football police. The verdict fell this Thursday. The DNCG has decided to regulate the club’s payroll which will therefore be limited on the transfer market this summer.
