Tarbes wins appeal: demotion canceled, TGB remains in LFB

For the second year in a row, Tarbes has just gone through a lot of stress to start the summer: initially demoted to amateur levels, the TGB was finally authorized to return to LFB by the FFBB Appeals Chamber.
