“The objective of the 3C is to help homeowners with their attic thermal insulation projects, explains Benoit Quintard, vice-president of local development of the Coëvrons Community of Communes (3C). And this by using more efficient materials which make it possible to reduce energy consumption per home, while improving comfort in summer and encouraging the use of insulation of biosourced origin by professionals. »

Conditioned aid

The aid is reserved for housing intended as a primary residence located in the 3C territory and built more than 15 years ago.

Owner-occupiers or private landlords are eligible: individuals, SCIs, co-owners, joint owners, as well as municipalities.

There is no resource limit required. Work to insulate unused attics is only eligible if this work is included in complete attic insulation or fitted out with bio-sourced insulating materials (cellulose wadding, wood wool, biofib, etc.).

The Rénov' advisor, Julien Glangetas, will control the nature and implementation of the insulation via the craftsman's estimate. Finally, the work must be carried out by a craftsman bearing the Recognized Guarantor of the Environment (RGE) label.

Amount of the premium: €8 per square meter with a minimum subsidy amount of €500. Maximum amount: €1,200. The aid can be combined with other public aid. The budget dedicated to this program amounts to €35,000.
