B&O Voyages (pronounced Beau Voyages) was born from the meeting between Béatrice Bazot and Olivier Péchenard.

The first is at the head of the mini-network of Evasion Intense agencies which has three agencies in Mâcon (71), Charlieu (42) and Paray-le-Monial (71), while the second created its receptive, Terres Métisses, specialist in Reunion Island.

Together, they opened on November 13 a travel agency in Saint-Gilles Les Bains in Reunion.

With over 20 years of travel experience, our two experts are no strangers to the industry.

“When I arrived in Saône-et-, I very quickly joined forces with my boss. We have bought several agencies, up to 6 points of sale. Before the health crisis, we still had plans to create other agencies. Covid pulled the rug out from under us, and broke our collaboration”says Béatrice Bazot.

Since then, the business manager has kept three agencies and created the Évasion Intense brand specializing in tailor-made travel.

« The Covid really benefited me. Being alone was very revealing and allowed me to fully express myself. My personal life led me to make more and more trips to Reunion Island. I wanted to give a professional meaning to these back and forths”she explains.

For his part, Olivier Péchenard, a trained chef, is “fell into the pot of the Indian Ocean by chance”. He entered tourism by doing commercial representation of hotels in Reunion and Mauritius, before creating his representation company in 2008 and working mainly for receptive hotels. In 2017, he launched his own reception, Métis Lands.
