For 36 minutes, the operator of the Firefighter Alert Processing Center remained on the line with the suicidal to try to reason with him. It was 9:53 p.m., Monday November 18, 2024, when the firefighters received a call. A 32 year old man threatens to end his life in itself thrown under a train at Frépillon station (Val-d'Oise).
