When the Air Jordan 1 High “OG Midnight Nav” was unveiled last April, it had everything to become the new obsession of sneaker fanatics. Firstly because it uses a color palette similar to the original Chicago, a model which is among the best sneakers ever imagined But also because this new iteration should arrive sooner than expected.
Made entirely of leather, these Air Jordan 1s are pristine white, with touches of blue running throughout the shoe. A black Swoosh is affixed to the lateral and medial sidewalls, and complementary panels adorn the ankle area, just like on the Chicago version of the past. Michael Jordan’s winged ball is stamped at the ankle and the midsole is infused with Nike Air technology for added comfort and cushioning. This cream-colored part gives the pair a vintage look that is reminiscent of the coveted Lost & Found of 2022.
The 40e Jordan Brand’s anniversary is fast approaching and to celebrate this milestone, the brand is releasing a series of legendary pairs. From the Air Jordan 1 Low “Barons” to the Air Jordan 1 High “85 Bred”, even the Air Jordan 4 “White Cement” will make a comeback.
The Air Jordan 1 High “OG Midnight Navy” (€180) will be available from September.
