4 days of celebration
A few kilometers from Béziers, the town of Portiragnes, with the support of the Occitanie region and the Intercommunal Tourist Office, is organizing the 15th edition of CanalissimÔ from Thursday to Sunday, which promises to be particularly busy. The organizers detail the program:
“Four very varied but always explosive concerts will set the famous lock stage on fire: gospel, Occitan rock, Breton Celtic rock and Lorraine band. Three street groups will accompany the evening of Friday June 28 where a giant screen will broadcast the Top 14 final in a bodega atmosphere with the Band’a Jéjé, then the days of Saturday and Sunday with a peña and a batucada. Six very varied street art shows (clown, trapeze, theater, contemporary circus and acrobatics), all intended for a wide audience, will be presented in the village squares and in the seaside resort of Portiragnes-plage. »

Also to discover, a photo competition and an exhibition of painted canvases around Liberation Square and Abrivado Square. To combine conviviality and celebration, a refreshment bar and meals (by reservation) will be offered every evening.
