The 23-year-old recruit Valentin Gouy, from Billère en Prolique, will therefore be the starting goalkeeper: “He has made a training center, all the French youth teams, the N1 and the Proligue, so the idea is that he assumes this status of No. 1.” He will be assisted by the young Wylann Cyprien, promoted from the reserve to the I team.
In terms of arrivals, the Roc has so far signed five players, including Valentin Gouy, but also Matéo Molon, Jules Ranc, Quentin Didelot and Léo Campourcy. “I’m still on the lookout for another left-hander who could play on the right wing in support of Jocelyn (Aroca)while waiting for Brian’s return to competition (Bitonti, long-term shoulder and knee injury), planned for late October, early November.
