Since last Sunday, the weather in Île-de-France has been summery. But this radiant sun has some consequences, particularly on air quality. An episode of pollution l’ozone is planned by Airparif for the day of Wednesday June 26, 2024. The mercury is expected to reach 31°C.

Recommendations for vulnerable people
“For ozone, the level of information of 180 µg/m3 for 1 hour should be exceeded,” warns the air quality watchdog.
Pollution which can have consequences on health. The Île-de-France Regional Health Agency (ARS) therefore makes some recommendations, mainly to vulnerable populations et sensitive who are invited to favor shorter outings than usual, particularly in the afternoon when the sunshine is at its maximum, but also to avoid intense physical and sporting activities.
