Fun escape game
We were challenged to participate in the waste escape game offered by the Pays de Falaise Community of Communes. So we put on our secret agent gear.
Before us, a curious invention: a trash can. But a trash can with a timer, dials, lights, a world map, trapdoors to open everywhere… and next to it a bag with a padlock, and a bucket with another padlock.
The countdown is on! Here we go. Advice is given to us: “you have to observe everything and search everywhere carefully. “
Countdown started
First, we need to flash a QR code with our phone to start the game. First question: do you know how to sort waste according to its category: glass, paper, plastic, household waste? The answers can be found in the trash…
We are expected to sort the waste, find 4 numbers and, depending on their color, enter them on a digital code. Victory ! It opens and we get a key and a code, which takes us forward. Be careful, time flies…
Within the framework of the SERD
Of course, it is not possible to describe everything to you, that would be too easy. Like us, you have to come and test this game which includes all the codes of a classic escape game: search, reflection, manipulation.
It is offered to you on Wednesday November 20, 2024, all day, as part of European Waste Reduction Week (SERD).
But, everything is logical, you have to think, have common sense, answer the questions, find the codes, solve the puzzles, assemble the puzzle, not fall into the traps… And stop the timer before the allotted 45 minutes.
The waste exhibition installed in the same room can, of course, help you in your business.
