Jean Bouheben is back at the Aux Feuilles Volantes bookstore for a conference on Saturday November 23 from 11 a.m. as part of the release of his new essay, volume 2 of D'Artagnan and some famous Gascons published by Bidache Culture. Born in 1930, the child from the Forges district of Tarnos became a senior international civil servant. His word was and still is listened to. During his career, he met General de Gaulle and was commissioned by President François Mitterrand for missions in Europe or with international trade organizations, in Geneva for example. He is notably at the origin of the creation of Eurocustoms after the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989.
