The notification will be sent to all the phones of people within a two-kilometer radius of Ploufragan (Côtes-d'Armor). In any case, this is the objective of this test that the prefecture wants to carry out, Wednesday November 27, 2024.
It's an exercise “crisis management”, which allows us to evaluate “the circulation of information to the public”, thanks to the Fr-Alert system.
