“Messages of love and distress”
He couldn't bear the breakup with the first one, which, according to him, he “loved it very much. » And he told her, in 400 messages sent on WhatsApp, to which she did not respond. This first victim also mentions photos and videos of her, more or less naked, in positions of a sexual nature. These images were found by investigators on the defendant's phone. “It was a role play between us. He is also being prosecuted for taking a photo – which has not been found, he has since deleted it – without the consent of the second victim, also malicious telephone calls, home invasion, and violence during the sexual act. “Self-centered and victim discourse”
The man has been a bodybuilder for twenty-four years. The psychiatric expertise speaks of a “self-centered and victim discourse”. At the hearing, the defendant mentions a “conspiracy”of the two women against him.
“I am appalled”scolds the prosecutor. She highlights a “certain immaturity” and a feeling of “all power” on his part. It requires eight months with a two-year probationary suspension, including obligation of care. She wants to be banned from having contact with them.
