Last April, this pair of excellence, accompanied by their team of 20 employees, was able to make the difference compared to their Auvergne competitors. It stood out in particular with its boutique and the range of products offered (including a mojito cake made by Agathe Bidet) which allowed them to score a score of 10/10 for this aspect. Then, their succulent snack Clermont rolls and Gallic bread did the rest.

A qualifying event
This Monday, spectators will be able to see the Puydômois pair again. He will try to win the qualifying event which allows one in two bakeries to continue the competition. Arthur Simonian and Agathe Bidet will duel against the finalist pair from the PACA East region with the theme of a pie highlighting sport and including a regional product.
The twelve finalist bakeries from these duels are drawn at random to be distributed among three new tests, that of MOF baker Bruno Cormerais, that of pastry chef Noëmie Honiat or that of head chef Michel Sarran.
