Last April, this pair of excellence, accompanied by their team of 20 employees, was able to make the difference compared to their Auvergne competitors. It stood out in particular with its boutique and the range of products offered (including a mojito cake made by Agathe Bidet) which allowed them to score a score of 10/10 for this aspect. Then, their succulent snack Clermont rolls and Gallic bread did the rest.

A qualifying event
