Pooling forces

The CMB imagines the creation of a partnership structure in order to “pooling forces to manage the coastline”, explains Louis Teyssier, delegated advisor in charge of the coast. This structure would bring together the intermunicipality, the municipalities concerned and their neighbors, the Department, the Region or even the authorized trade union associations (ASA). However, building such a structure takes time and Louis Teyssier draws up an observation: “On the management of the coastline, our teams have reached the threshold of failure.
