Appetizing smells emanate from a stand decorated with the colors of the Vietnamese landscapes.

Xuanhuong Nguyen, her husband and their team are present at the Muret market every Saturday morning.

This passionate couple is a caterer, at the head of the manufacture and sale of traditional Vietnamese specialties.

It all started two years ago. He is skilled in French cuisine; she wants to get started out of passion and because “it’s a freedom”. They set out and created their business, highlighting their origins. Everything here is homemade.

“Everything is fresh, our cuisine is artisanal and we prepare our dishes in front of the customers,” explains the couple, who pride themselves on the quality and authenticity of their products.

And on the stand, there is something for everyone: the Vietnamese caterer offers bo-bun salads, spring rolls, spring rolls, samosas and other fried foods, rice and fried noodles, among others.

“We also offer vegetarian specialties so that everyone can eat,” they continue.

“It’s delicious. Beyond the meal, it’s truly a gastronomic journey,” confides Paul, a regular customer.

Vietnamese dishes are available for direct sale in the markets, on Saturdays in Muret (Place de la République, near the market) and on Sundays in Toulouse Saint-Aubin.

“We find the market atmosphere very friendly here,” concludes the couple of managers.
