Created in 2016, Ouihelp supports more than 5,000 families on a daily basis in France thanks to experienced caregivers placed in the homes of their loved ones. Having received the Silver Innovation 2023 award, the company positions itself as the most innovative in the sector. It is the first to offer complete support to relieve both elderly people and their caregivers of the tasks they have to manage for their loved ones: administrative assistance, medical equipment, coordination of health professionals (physiotherapists, nurses), organization medical appointments and transport, but also leisure activities… We now know that 1 in 3 families in France do not put in place all the services that their dependent loved one would need. More than 10 municipalities will be covered by the Ouihelp Fréjus agency. Seniors in Fréjus, Puget-sur-Argens, Roquebrune-sur-Argens, Saint-Raphaël, Draguignan and all neighboring municipalities will be able to use Ouihelp’s services.
A new challenge for Estelle Lopez, who is leading this new opening and who has worked in the home help sector for more than 10 years. With this opening, Estelle intends to provide Fréjus residents with the comfort of aging well at home.
“I have been working in the personal service field for 10 years. I have evolved in different positions and I have worked at Ouihelp as a coordinator since the beginning of 2023. My main objective is to support seniors losing their autonomy and to make their daily lives more peaceful by offering them qualitative help thanks to a team of expert care assistants. My main objective is to ensure that aging takes place in the best possible conditions at home. With this 4th opening in the Var, Ouihelp covers 94% of seniors in the department by providing its services to both beneficiaries and their helping families. Thanks to this opening, the Fréjus agency is positioned as the 108th Ouihelp agency in France.
