The Territorial Educational Project (PEdT) of Vernon, in Eure, aims to improve the educational offer for the city's children. This is a strategic approach that brings together local stakeholders to guarantee quality, coherent and accessible education.
As indicated Actu.frthis project, which takes place over three years, covers all stages of education: school, extracurricular and extracurricular. The objective is to strengthen the continuity and educational success of children, while adapting to societal changes.
A participatory approach
The PEDT is based on a participatory approach involving all educational stakeholders in the city, as well as parents. Working groups were formed to develop a detailed action plan, structured around 39 initiatives. Several priorities have been clearly identified: the inclusion of children, well-being, but also educational success.
The project was validated by the departmental support group of the Departmental Youth, Engagement and Sports Service. The final objective is to strengthen educational support for children in Vernon, in addition to the public education service.
