For 10 years, Fenix Toulouse Handball has been a team clearly accustomed to positioning itself in the first part of the table. In recent years, Toulouse have even regularly tickled the Top5 and narrowly missed qualifying for the European Cup. But this year, Toulouse hit hard and concluded the 2023-2024 season in 4th place with no less than 18 victories and 3 draws in 30 matches. Authors of a very interesting first part of the season (11 victories – 4 defeats), the Toulouse team went to winter break with a good 4th place in their pocket at the end of 2023. The second part of the season was just as convincing. Nemanja Ilic and his partners were able to show great solidity on the pitch, but also in the standings and did not let opponents well in their rearview mirror, like Limoges, Chambéry or even Nîmes, come back.
