MONTREAL, June 19, 2024 /CNW/ – The MAclinique Network, in partnership with the FTQ Real Estate Solidarity Fund, has started the construction of the Sault-au-Récollet Health Complex, a brand new health destination that will meet the accessibility needs of front-line health workers in the area. The 90,000 ft health complex2 will notably welcome MAclinique Sault-au-Récollet, which will bring together family doctors, several specialist doctors from the public sector, as well as professionals offering related paramedical services.

As of spring 2025, residents of Montreal North will benefit from a wide variety of services under the same roof, including follow-up with nurses, social workers and other health professionals. The proximity of all stakeholders makes the development of care plans more effective for doctors and simpler for patients. In addition, the optimized organizational structure, deployed by the MAclinique network in all the family medicine groups (GMF) it owns, allows doctors to be freed from administrative tasks and to devote themselves more to their practice and consultations. in a multidisciplinary atmosphere focused on sharing knowledge for the benefit of patients.

In addition, an intermediate residence will be developed adjacent to the Health Complex and will offer more than 195 rooms in collaboration with the CIUSSS du Nord-de-l’Île-de-Montréal.

Located at the corner of Boulevard Pie-IX and Rue Fleury Est, the complex designed by BCP Architectes and built by Cosoltec is located in a central hub close to key public transport.

The Sault-au-Récollet Health Complex in brief:

  • Five-story medical complex totaling 90,000 sq. ft.2

  • We aim to bring together more than 25 family doctors and specialists in this health destination
  • Over 10,000 ft2 common spaces (private gym for employees, collaborative spaces, conference rooms, privilege lounge, auditorium for public events)

  • Abundant windows favoring significant diffusion of natural light in common areas and offices
  • Green roof terrace for employees
  • Planting new trees, outdoor seating areas, terraces
  • Strategic location close to key public transport
  • Several complementary health services (optometryaesthetics, radiology, pharmacy, etc.)
