the essential
It brought together some 144 triplets, or 432 players or 216 doublets.
There were 133 in 2022, 115 in 2022, 114 last year, the last three editions won by the Spanish Samuel Santos.
Well, the legendary competition of November 11 dear to the Quatre-Saisons Pétan club (perhaps the oldest “classic” in the department than this fifty-year-old alert!) did even better this Monday by shattering its participation record. 144 triplets met at 10 a.m. at the René-Blanc bowling alley in Rodez. Rushed from all the neighboring departments and beyond, they reinforced its rank as the second Aveyron event behind the untouchable and upscale International d'Espalion.
144 triplets, or some 432 players or even 216 doublets! Almost no one can say the same in the department. And to quantity was added quality (see the results, below).
