Exhibitions, meetings and workshops… at the Book Festival, many activities are planned. For two days, from November 23 to 24, 2024 at the Parc des Expositions de la ville of Haut-Rhin, dozens of authors will be present to present their work to you.

27,000 visitors in 2023

5 halls and more than a hundred stands are set up for this 35th edition. And some new features are planned, while the festival expects several tens of thousands of visitors, those who had received 27 000 in 2023. “This year, the reception stand at the entrance has been designed to be a real little library, which complements the one that already exists for children in hall 4. In this space, you can sit down to read the press , discover the offerings of the Colmar libraries and even register,” specifies the mayor of Colmar Eric Straumann.

He adds: “A great novelty also to discover in hall 5: a mobile planetarium, a project carried out in collaboration with the Friends of the Colmar Library association and the ARCONIC foundation. You will be able to chat with a guest who has her head in the stars, Claudie Haigneré, known for her extraordinary travels. »
