After a weekend of November 11 which mostly took place under the sun in Marseille, the weather will change this week from November 12 to 17.
Tuesday, a yellow vigilance storms and rain-flooding are even decreed in Bouches-du-Rhône. Here are all the details.
Yellow alert in Bouches-du-Rhône
Météo-France places the department on yellow vigilance “with meteorological situation to monitor for rain-flood”, this Tuesday, November 12, 2024, from 7 a.m.
The latest weather forecast announces, during the morning of Tuesday, “not very mobile storms” which will form at sea and will cause “rain on the nearby coastlines”. The intensities will be “of the order of 20-30mm/h in an East13 and West83 coastal zone and can last several hours”.
During the afternoon, “the high intensities will shift offshore”. They will end up stopping during the night from Tuesday to Wednesday.
10 degrees in Marseille Tuesday morning
Temperatures will also drop sharply in the Marseille city. In the morning, it will only be 10 degrees in Marseille and the mercury will not exceed 13 degrees in the afternoon.
The sun will return on Wednesday.
