This municipal police biker had keen hearing. Sunday June 16, shortly after 4 p.m., he noticed that the driver of a car particularly noisy was traveling on Avenue de Rhodanie, pushing the engine speed excessively.

The police officer therefore intercepted the driver of the vehicle, who turned out to be a student driver accompanied as required by the person who owned the machine.

The first checks, however, revealed that the car was clearly modified in a non-compliant manner. It was sent to the Automobile Service of the canton of Vaud (SAN), available to the experts. The technical checks carried out by the latter confirmed the motorcyclist’s impression: the car was indeed unfit for traffic. Result: the plates were removed and the student driver, as well as the person who owned the car, will be reported.
