A new accident on the roads of the Ardennes. This Saturday early evening an accident occurred on RD 17 heading towards Belgium in the town of Margny. This road traffic accident involving a single light vehicle found below a wood, at the side of the road. The casualty report shows 2 people involved, including: The driver, a 25-year-old man who was conscious and had pain in his face and right hand. Seen by SMUR doctor, taken care of by VSAV CARIGNAN and transported in relative emergency to CH SEDAN, not medicalized. The passenger, an unconscious 15-year-old woman, was trapped in the vehicle. Extraction carried out by the crew of the VSR CARIGNAN. Seen by doctor SMUR SEDAN, supported by VSAV MARGUT, she had to be transported in absolute emergency to the REIMS Trauma Center, medically treated. Road traffic was cut off in both directions during the intervention. The Gendarmerie went to the scene.
