A 16-year-old teenager lost his life this Friday evening after an accident in the town of Eaunes, south of Toulouse. The driver, who fled without helping him, was apprehended in Ariège by the Carbonne gendarmes during the night. This 37-year-old man was driving under the influence of cocaine.
The day after his arrest, the driver suspected of having killed a teenager in Eaunes, on Friday November 8, was referred to the Toulouse public prosecutor's office. This 37-year-old individual admitted to having used drugs a few minutes before the fatal accident. This is why he would not have stayed at the scene of the tragedy. Unfortunately, a scooter arrives opposite. On the two-wheeler, a teenager, wearing a helmet, riding quietly. The shock is terrible. The 16-year-old died a few minutes later.

After fleeing, the suspect was finally spotted in the town of Le Fossat in Ariège, thanks to information provided by the witness to the accident. The fugitive was apprehended early Saturday morning.
