Delegate of the 4th constituency of Ille-et-Vilaine des Republicans, Jeremy Gilbert36 years old, married and father of two children, is the candidate nominated for the legislative elections on Sundays June 30 and July 7, 2024, following the dissolution decided on Sunday June 9 by the President of the Republic Emmanuel Macron.

Republican “historical channel”

“I represent the “historical channel“Republicans,” jokes Jeremy Gilbert, disavowing Eric Ciottipresident of the party in the process of being excluded by the party office despite a judgment annulling a first decision of the latter, after its decision to ally itself with the National Rally.

Originally from Marne, Jeremy Gilbert is “ arrived in Brittany in 2018, for personal and professional reasons. He lives in Guipry-Messac“a dynamic town” with a train station.

“Against all forms of extremism”

” I am committed to the UMP then to the Republicans since a Fifteen years », explains the one who is just as much “ against all forms of extremism, left and right. You don’t mix carp and rabbit. The left did it two years ago with NUPES, and immediately after the elections, everyone returned to their chapel. This type of alliance” like the Popular Front formed this week on the left “is opportunistic, but it doesn’t work.” On the other side of the chessboard, “the Ciottistes and the National Rally are trying the same thing”.

And to denounce the “populist” program of the National Rally “which is now going back on its promises to return to pension reform. Nothing in their program works.”

In this election, Jeremy Gilbert is associated, as substitutehas Philippe Thomazo34 years old, consultant in the field of energy, living in Bains-sur-Oust.
The pair is supported by Jean-Marc Carreauformer delegate for the 4th constituency of Ille-et-Vilaine and the Republicans and member of the National Council of the Réoublicains.
