We found the coolest Parisian barge of the summer

Although it took them a while to settle in Paris this year, the good times are finally here. The summer season has launched, allowing us to finally take advantage of these new outdoor addresses that we have been longing to discover. One of them welcomes us on the Seine, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. It is on the port of Suffren below the most famous of Parisian towers that the Noti Club, contemporary barge with careful decor. A reception venue sailing on the water imagined by Paris Seinethe leader in private cruises.

A sophisticated place with art deco inspiration

In this luxury barge, a chic bar and restaurant, elegantly decorated in a style punctuated with art deco references. The interior designer Jordane Arrivetz (to whom we owe Bonnie in Paris, the Majestic in Cannes or Glover in Gordes) wanted to create a sophisticated and refined atmosphere, inspired by the design of cruise ships of the last century.

Refined, but still very warm, the place gives pride of place to sober lines highlighted with rounded edges and beautiful materials: light oak or walnut woodwork, velvet, mohair or tweed-style curly wool fabrics, travertine surfaces… The color palette moves between shades of pink, beige and taupe and contrasts with the metal mesh framework and blinds.

On the floor, the carpet with geometric patterns from the 1930s converses with the chrome metal floor lamps and their alabaster dome and does not fail to warm up the atmosphere.

We particularly appreciate the way the place is bathed in light thanks to these large bay windows opening onto the Seine. When the day fades away to give way to night, it is the lights of the city that are reflected through the windows.

A sunny kitchen

The Noti Club above all makes conviviality its priority. This is felt in the relaxed and festive atmosphere, but also in the dishes designed for sharing. The cuisine is inspired by the Mediterranean, between land and sea, to take our taste buds on a journey to even sunnier lands. For example, you can enjoy delicious assortments of mezzé, a very good roasted cauliflower flavored with citrus fruits, or even a croque-truffle that everyone can agree on. Also on the menu, beautiful pieces of meat and fish, a parmesan risotto or fettuccine with prawns. For dessert, we can only recommend finishing with the strawberry-rhubarb tartlet which honors the season. On the glass side, the wine selection is as sophisticated as the signature cocktails that don’t skimp on originality.

Start or end the evening with a mini-cruise on the Seine

The icing on the cake that probably makes this barge one of the coolest in Paris is that it offers you the opportunity to sail along the Seine for a mini-cruise with private skippers. before or after your dinner. Lasting 45 minutes or 1.5 hours, these excursions are available every day the restaurant is open, by reservation, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. The opportunity to rediscover Paris and its monuments in a different light.

In front of the Noti Club barge, you can also meet at the Noti Beach, a quayside tavern where people come to celebrate with friends in a more casual atmosphere. We meet there around aperitif boards and good cocktails, to the rhythm of good music which inevitably makes you want to dance. Every Thursday evening, Noti Plage joins forces with the “Chez Colette” collective to offer lounge evenings facing the sunset, under the gaze of the Iron Lady, who is never far away.

Noti Club, open Wednesday evening, Thursday evening, Friday evening, Saturday evening and Sunday lunchtime. Port de Suffren, 75007 Paris.
