Here are the two main hats you will have:

ADVISORY SERVICE – the bridge between customers and the internal team!

• Analyze and understand customer needs.
• Analyze the different performance indicators and know how to communicate them to customers.
• Establish a relationship of trust with clients and ensure good collaboration with them throughout projects.
• Write presentation documents in collaboration with work teams.
• Participate in customer meetings and presentations.

PROJECT MANAGER – the conductor!

• Ensure the development and management of numerous media projects, but also some 360 ​​projects.
• Participate in the development of strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate team members (internal and external).
• Ensure quality control at all stages of approval and production of mandates.
• Carry out rigorous management of schedules, briefs, budgets and project profitability while respecting planned deadlines.
• Ensure invoicing and profitability of files.
• Plan media budgets.
• Evaluate and resolve problems that may arise during the completion of projects by providing creative solutions.

You are the person he makes us if:

• You have two (2) to three (3) years of relevant experience (agency experience an asset!).
• You are perfectly bilingual (we have clients in Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver).
• You have a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a related field.
• You have experience on media platforms such as GoogleAds, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Programmatic and Video.
• Teamwork is part of your DNA and you have an ability to positively influence others.
• You find it easy to present your ideas in front of a group.
• You are always in solution mode, you have good analytical and decision-making skills.
