Transat Distribution Canada (TDC) invited the approximately 50 most deserving travel advisors from its Voyages Transat/Transat Travel agencies from across the country for a seven-day reward trip to the South of France, the Club Excellence Bravo . This trip was also an opportunity for owners of franchised and affiliated agencies in the TDC network who wished to allow their deserving staff to take part in this reward trip.

“I am very happy to highlight the return of our Club Excellence Bravo trips, which took a forced break in recent years,” says Karine Gagnon, general director of TDC. “Of course the main criterion for selecting the people who took part in this trip is exceptional sales results. These women and men surpassed themselves throughout 2023 and stood out through their performances. And there is no better way to reward and thank travel enthusiasts than with the very fruit of their passion.”

For Anthony Mormina, for whom it was the first trip from the Bravo Excellence Club since his appointment as senior sales and operations director last year, this opportunity to meet and above all to have the time to discuss and get to know part of the staff of its agencies, it is extremely valuable. “This trip is fun; visits, meetings, discoveries. The name says it, the objective is to say bravo and thank you, for the determination and invaluable dedication displayed. I look forward to next year’s trip, where I hope to have the pleasure of seeing many familiar faces again and having the pleasure of discovering new recruits within this exceptional group,” he expresses. .

A dream itinerary in Lyon, Marseille and the surrounding area

The winners arrived in Lyon, on the wings of Air Transat and had the opportunity to discover the extraordinary gastronomy of this city as well as the surrounding region, notably Vienne-Condrieu. On the menu: visit to the Halles de Paul Bocuse, Croix-Rousse and the Fourvières, the Cité du Chocolat and the Guigal vineyard to name just a few. The group then headed towards Marseille and had the chance to discover the fish market, the Museum of European and Mediterranean Civilizations (MUCEM), without forgetting a boat trip in the Calanques, with a stop in prehistoric caves. Everyone also had the chance to discover some of the most beautiful villages in France, notably Lourmarin and Gordes, in addition to stopping at Aix-en-Provence.

A colorful evening of recognition

The highlight of this stay was the recognition evening on the magnificent terrace of Sport Beach in Marseille. Addressing the advisors on site, Karine Gagnon was keen to emphasize that “each reservation secured by you does not only represent a transaction, it is for you a renewed opportunity to demonstrate to your customers your determination to offer them a service exceptional, which will translate into the most beautiful travel experience there is. Your ability to connect with your customers, to understand their needs and above all to offer them the product(s) that will meet or even exceed their expectations is your daily life. And TDC thanks you for giving the best of yourself every day.”

TDC would like to thank the contribution of numerous partners, without whom this trip would not have had the same success, namely Transat, the Marseille Tourist, Leisure and Convention Office, Marseille Provence Airport, Only Lyon, ‘Aix-en-Provence tourist office, Destination Luberon, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Tourism and Jumbo Tours France.
