Boulares Soltani was nominated, according to him, by the Socialist Party to run in the first constituency of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence department. The municipal councilor of the municipal majority in Digne-les-Bains – also first secretary of the socialist federation of Alpes-de-Haute-Provence – has, however, neither designated his substitute nor the PS candidate for the second constituency.
“We search. Make no mistake because the outgoing LFI deputy, Léo Walter, has not yet won…“, declares the socialist. Faithful to his convictions, Boulares Soltani will present himself to the voters under the PS – Public Square label and not any other.

Soltani is convinced “to be able to take this circo from Christian Girard. He’s a childhood friend. I respect him, despite his ideas.“As for a possible LFI candidacy facing him,”It doesn’t scare me. I trust the voters and I invite them to the polls to make this path that began to take shape during the European elections a reality.“
