A morning of discussions and masterclasses for professionals
On Wednesday November 20, 2024, the 9th Essonne Employment & Disability Meetings will begin with a morning specially designed for professionals. After a friendly welcome from 9 a.m., the day will open with an introductory session followed at 9:45 a.m. by a masterclass entitled “Deploying an effective disability policy, the keys to a winning strategy!” “. This intervention will offer participants innovative perspectives to fully integrate disability into their business strategies, while promoting professional exchanges constructive.
From 11 a.m., participatory workshops will liven up the morning until 12:30 p.m. These workshops will allow disability representatives and HR managers to share their experiences, discuss common challenges and co-construct adapted solutions. Themes covered will include inclusive recruitment, job retention and skills development. A lunch cocktail will close these moments of learning and collaboration, offering an additional opportunity for networking between participants.

A Handicafé to encourage meetings between employers and candidates
The afternoon will be dedicated to the Handicafé©, which will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the CCI de l'Essonne. This friendly event offers disabled candidates the opportunity to meet directly with employers committed to an inclusive approach. In a relaxed atmosphere, these meetings encourage dialogue and highlight the skills and talents of each person, thus facilitatingprofessional integration people with disabilities.
The Handicafé© is organized by LADAPT in collaboration with Kliff by Randstad and the CCI of Essonne. This initiative aims to create lasting links between employers and candidates, going beyond traditional recruitment barriers. Participants will be able to discuss their needs and expectations, paving the way for future fruitful collaborations and a more inclusive society.
