10 000 m2

The work, entrusted to local companies, began in September and delivery is scheduled for May 2025.

“The steady annual growth of our business required more space, we felt cramped. Currently, Le Petit Vapoteur occupies an area of 6,500 m2. With the purchase of the adjacent building, the total surface area will increase to almost 10,000 m2. The extension includes a building dedicated to storage and a redevelopment of the existing premises. »

Production, currently on 700 m2, will be centralized on the same site. An extension of 1,100 m2 is planned to accommodate this centralization.
