The explosive Top 14 final between Stade Toulousain and Union Bordeaux-Bègles will take place Friday June 28 at the Stade Vélodrome in Marseille in the evening.

What could be better than the magnificent setting of the Stade Vélodrome to host the Top 14 final? Due to the requisition of the Stade de France for preparations for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, the two best teams of the season will face each other in the usual den of Olympique de Marseille.

After the semi-finals played on Friday June 21 and Saturday June 22, this final will pit Stade Toulousain, defending champion and European champion this season, against UBB, finalist in the Top 14 for the first time in its history, after three semi-finals in 2021, 2022 and 2023.

Toulouse can achieve a new Cup-Championship double

For its part, Toulouse will be able to win a 23rd French championship title, a year after that acquired in the final against La Rochelle, in particular thanks to a magnificent try from Romain Ntamack. In the event of victory, Ugo Mola’s men can achieve a third Cup-Championship double after 1996 and 2021.

The match between UBB and Stade Toulousain will be broadcast on Canal + and France 2, from 9:05 p.m.
