In France, President Emmanuel Macron decided to dissolve the National Assembly in the face of the meteoric breakthrough of the National Rally during the European elections.
While the ultra-right party won 31.37% of the vote, in Toronto, only 5.81% of voters voted for its candidate, Jordan Bardella.
