Two young men aged around twenty are suspected of having committed an arson in a car garage in Taverny (Val-d'Oise). Several vehicles were set on fire or damaged during the night of Tuesday October 22 to Wednesday October 23, 2024, recalls The Gazette du Val-d'Oise .
They recognize the facts
Alerted, firefighters quickly rushed to the scene to control the flames. The national police also responded to the scene of the incident and spotted two suspects fleeing. They arrested them and placed them in police custody.
According to our colleagues, the young men admitted the facts without giving explanations. They will be judged on November 28 before the Pontoise criminal court.
