The jewelry store Golden story of the Aushopping Maurepas Pariwest shopping center (Yvelines), owned by the Auchan group, was the target of an armed robbery this Wednesday, November 6, 2024, late in the morning. There were no injuries.

The criminals set their vehicle on fire
According to our information, two individuals are wanted. In their escape, they set fire to the vehicle, a Renault Clio RS according to witnesses, with which they had arrived at the Pariwest shopping center. The car was abandoned in the Bruyères district, in Maurepas. They then boarded a Citroën Berlingo.
The amount of loot is still being evaluated according to a source close to the investigation. Contacted by 78 actu, the Pariwest communications department soberly announced that “the jewelry store will be temporarily closed.
