A festival to discover, learn and play hundreds of games for free

The previous edition was a success with a thousand visitors. The “And the Monkey Became a Pawn” game festival returns on November 9 and 10 for a 10th edition at the Condamines room in Pouget. A great opportunity to discover the infinite universe board games which continues to attract new followers, but also vintage retro gaming consoles, wooden games, skill games, oversized games… in short, a wide range of activities, whether you are alone, as a couple, with family or friends!

Guest game creators will also be on site to present their games to you, and two game shops will be at your disposal to leave with the games that you liked : second-hand games reconditioned by the association and new games by the Histoires de Cadeaux store in Pézenas. You will also find a refreshment bar and a small restaurant on site both days. New this year: a late night on Saturday evening, until 10 p.m.

The game festival “And the Monkey Became Pion” is organized by the Homo Ludens Associés association, who runs games workshops around the Hérault valley all year round. Based in Plaissan, it brings together nearly 200 members and has three paid facilitators.
